Bausch + Lomb:
Bausch + Lomb was celebrating their 75th anniversary in Canada, and not only wanted to let consumers know, but to engage contact lens wearers with their innovative products. Two product specific promotional sites were created that incorporated game play for a chance to win prizes and a free trial product offer. Game play was designed to engage users, educate consumers about the product innovations and reinforce the benefits. In conjunction with contest entry on the product sites, a follow up email campaign with time triggered communications remind users to redeem their free trial. Free Trial consumers and customers were invited to visit the 75th Anniversary site, fill out a brief survey and enter their product UPC code for a chance to with $75,000.
